To prepare these tasty baked French fries you must follow the following steps:
  1. We preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
  2. First, we are going to clean the potatoes very well. Then we will remove the shell, we can use a peeler or knife as you see fit. After peeling the potatoes we will wash them again to eliminate the residual dirt they may have.
  3. Now we go to cut the potatoes, the special shape of the French fries is long and thin, in case we have any machine for cutting potatoes we can use it. Otherwise, we must cut each two centimeters wide.
  4. After we have cut them very well and finely we will place in a bowl, there we include the other ingredients. We integrate the olive oil (optional, you can avoid it if you want to save the maximum calories), the chili pepper and the garlic powder, mix the ingredients and with the finger, we try to see if it is well seasoned, if it is missing we to pepper to our liking. We reserve a few minutes for the potatoes to absorb the condiments.
  5. Then we place the potatoes on a tray next to each other taking care that they are not piled up so that they cook better. After organizing them, we place a layer of aluminum foil on top so that they brown and cook faster (if you want them more crispy even if they take longer, do not use the aluminum to cover them). We let cook for about 30 minutes, however, when half the time has elapsed we take them out of the oven, turn them over and continue cooking.

Tips
