Baked Potatoes with Parsley

- 4 large potatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh parsley
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons olive oil

How to make baked potatoes with parsley
It is a perfect recipe as a garnish, they are very simple to make as well as fast and of course very low in fat since they are baked. Just follow the steps below.
- We start by preheating the oven to 180 degrees.
- We continue the recipe by cleaning the potatoes eliminating traces of dirt and mud. If possible we help ourselves by cleaning with a brush.
- After we have the potatoes clean we will cut them, you can cut them to your liking. However, for them to cook evenly, the ideal thing is to cut them long and thin as canes 2 to 3 centimeters wide.
- After having cut the potatoes we place them in a bowl and proceed to season. Add the olive oil, garlic powder, and salt and pepper. Remove if possible with your hands so that all the potatoes are impregnated with the mixture that will give them flavor.
- It is time to take them to the oven, for this we will take a tray or tray and we will spray it with a little oil, just a little since the potatoes already have. We spread the oil with the help of a napkin or paper. Then we arrange the potatoes side by side without letting them stack, all so that they cook evenly.
- Let cook for about 30 or 40 minutes, when half the time passes we turn them to brown on both sides. When they are cooked we take them out of the oven and immediately add the fresh parsley and stir. We let them cool and voila.
Tips
We can add the parsley before taking the potatoes to the oven, however it will not have the same flavor since it can be roasted and give a bitter taste.
