  4. In a bowl, we will mix the milk and the half cream, beat for a few minutes and finally, we include the cheese. Now we fill the potatoes, add a little butter to each one, then add the milk mixture approximately one or two tablespoons per potato. Finally, we add bacon and some cheese to gratin.
  5. Now we are going to put them in the oven but for this, we are going to wrap them with aluminum foil from the bottom up to the middle, that is, without covering them all. We place it on a tray with separation between each and let cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown and ready.
