  1. We place to preheat the oven to 180 degrees while washing the potatoes and preparing them.

  3. Once ready you can serve them as an accompaniment or first course. I recommend adding some green spice such as chopped parsley that gives a very nice touch and for the taste, a bit of Parmesan comes exceptional (try Parmesan to rectify salt although this cheese is already salty). Finally, another incredible touch is to squirt oil (it is not necessary if you are going to serve with potato sauce).
